JUNIOR HIGH CHEERING 2010

August 10^th through August 12^th: Tuesday through Thursday – Evaluations – 5:30-7pm. Held at the Berwick Field at the end of Sweetser Street in Berwick. These sessions are required, and attendees will be judged on performance. Participants must wear a shirt that can be tucked in, shorts, and sneakers. Collection of paperwork from parents does take time, so please plan accordingly.

Before an athlete is allowed to participate in evaluations/practice, they must:

o Submit evidence of a current physical exam (not dated more than 13 months ago)

o Submit evidence of health insurance coverage

o Submit signed Parental Permission & Rules Agreement Forms

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must live within one of the towns inside the S.A.D #60 area, or attend a S.A.D. #60 school
• Must not turn 15 on or before August 2^nd of this year.
• Must not be in a grade higher than grade 8^th

August 16^th: Monday – First practice – 5:30-7:00pm, held at the Berwick Recreation Field at the end of Sweetser Street in Berwick. Pre-season practice schedule will be announced. Participants must wear a shirt that can be tucked in, shorts, and sneakers. Participants must bring their own water bottle.

August 23^rd: Monday - Registration Fee is Due - A registration fee of $80 per player is due (make checks payable to “Noble Squires”). If more than one child in the immediate family are participating in the Squires program (Peewee/Junior High football or cheering), it is $40 per additional child after the first. Squires’ Board members will be the ONLY people allowed to accept registration fees or fundraiser monies. Coaches cannot collect monies!

August 28^th: Saturday - Southern Maine Youth Football League begins – Massabesic at Noble, 6pm
