Unless you receive a call from a coach, or other instructions from a coach, practice should be considered to be ON. Coaches will meet parents in the parking lot if practice plans change and calls were not able to be made in time. They may direct you to a different site (indoors) for practice, or depending on conditions, may ask you to wait for a short time. In the event of lightning, coaches will ALWAYS move players to safety. </span> </p> <p> <p> <span class="style21"> <strong>PHYSICALS</strong> </span> </p> <span class="style10"> If your child s physical will become more than 13 months since the date of their exam, your child will need to have another physical given before that 13 month anniversary occurs. All tackle football players and cheerleaders are required to submit a copy of a physical that is not more than 13 months since the date of exam. Flag football and Flag cheering are only required to submit a physical the first year they participate, with an exam date not more than 13 months prior to the season start. If you have not already scheduled a physical, PLEASE DO NOT DELAY. Doctor s offices are buried in requests this time of year. Players will not be allowed to practice if they do not have their physical on file. </span> </p> <p> <p> <span class="style21"> <strong>BIRTH CERTIFICATES REQUIRED FOR FOOTBALL GRADES 4-8</strong> </span> </p> <span class="style10"> We are required to have a <u>copy</u> of a birth certificate on file for every football player in grades 4-8. Please be sure to black out any social security numbers on the copy you provide us. The copy of the birth certificate is due before any scrimmages/games can be played. </span> </p> <p> <p> <span class="style21"> <strong>PARKING AT THE PRACTICE FIELD</strong> </span> </p> <span class="style10"> As we get more and more teams practicing at the Recreation Field, it is time to be thinking about maximizing parking and optimizing traffic flow through the parking area. <br /><br /> Below is a rough diagram of how we suggest everyone utilize the available parking area. <br /><br /> Please remember that the road leading up to the gate into the feld must be kept clear for emergency vehicles.
