v Discussed changes to the by-laws...........

o Changes voted in were: (full detailed wording will be specified in the by-laws):

§ Change wording for special awards to be no more than 4 awards per squad (each team – Jr High and PeeWee ages - consisting of 2 squads)

§ Change eligibility requirements for PeeWee’s to allow 3^rd graders

§ Change wording of cheering squad size to allow the coaches to take more than 60 cheerleaders total (counting all squads), if uniforms and certified coaches are available, and with approval of the board

o Remaining by-law discussions were tabled until next meeting

v Discussed the addition of flag football to the by-laws. Will rough out something by next meeting for people to take a look at

v Head coach applications due by next meeting. Forms available on web site

v Discussed need for Board to establish a Coaches’ Code of Ethics
