Monthly Organizational Meetings

Each month, the Squires Organization regularly meets on the second Monday month at Noble Junior High School in the cafeteria, at 7pm.  Meetings last for one hour (as the custodians kick us out at that time so they can go home).

On occasion, especially during the regular football season once practices have started, the meetings are moved to the Recreation Field on Sweetser Street in Berwick (the same field at which the football teams practice) to accomodate the coaches who wish to attend meetings immediately after their practice ends.

The meetings generally cover old and new business, happenings with each of the Squires' teams, news from around the SMYFL and SMYPWFL, and financial status reports.  Committees for activities such as concession stands, car washes, team moms, website development report to the organization as well.

Anyone may attend a regular monthly meet, whether they are a coach, board member, parent, player, or just an interested citizen.  Voting membership is restricted as defined in the bylaws of the organization.

Always check under "Upcoming Events" for the latest on where/when our next meeting is going to be held, in the event that the location/time may not be at our normal meeting spot.
